Use History to define class and focus on impact of the skin disease on ability to perform activities of daily living. Assess the class based on the Physical Exam Findings and Diagnostic Studies, and assign appropriate grade within the class defined for the History, as explained on page 165 and illustrated by examples on pages 167 to 177. Maximum impairment for Class 4 is 58% WPI.
