PPD Calculation
Permanent partial disability is based on whole-person impairment under the AMA Guides Fifth Edition. Compensation is calculated under NRS 616C.490 using the impairment percentage together with the employee's age and wage. PPD compensation = WPI% × 0.6% of monthly wage × months until age 70 (lump sum option available). Nevada does not use a fixed body-as-a-whole weeks formula.
