(Create an automark file which contains two columns, the first column the keyword you are searching for and the second column what is to be placed in the index on finding that keyword. You can spend numerous hours creating this, or you can purchase this for a small fraction of the cost of your time by obtaining IME Index. Click here for instructions. Tip – create a macro so in the future only a single keystroke is required.)
