Our referral process is easy and we provide you with alternatives to meet your specific needs. Many of our clients refer all ratings to assure accuracy; this reflects best practice. Most reports are provided within 5 working days and rush reviews are available.

Your referral options are:

Online Referral - Click on the referral button to the left or create a shortcut on your desktop to our referral process (www.impairment.com/referral) (See instructions below.) You will be prompted for your email address; the first time you will provide contact information (please specify this exactly as you want this to appear in your reports) and upon your return it will display your information. Click Continue. Provide information on the specific case referral, including “Special Instructions.” Click Save and Complete. If your records are electronic you are prompted to upload the files. Click Complete Referral. Print the displayed “Online Referral – Confirmation” for your internal purposes and/or to use as coversheet for records that are faxed to us. You will receive an email confirmation.

Fax, Mail or Email - Complete our referral form and provide us with the records. Records for California and Hawaii cases are faxed to 619-299-7333 and for other referrals are faxed to 207-874-9896. You may also email records as an attachment to referral@brighamassociates.com

Integrated Systems - We are able to work with your IT staff to integrate our online referral system with your software systems.

Your options for providing electronic records are:

Uploading records at time of online referral.

Email to referral@brighamassociates.com.

FTP transfer - We will provide you with access to a specific folder for your referrals on our secured Website.

Your options for providing written records are:

Fax - California and Hawaii cases are faxed to 619-299-7333 and for other referrals are faxed to 207-874-9896

Mail or Delivery Service to Brigham and Associates, Inc. (California and Hawaii cases are sent to 8885 Rio San Diego Drive, Suite 310, San Diego, CA 92108 and all other cases are sent to 59 Baxter Boulevard, Portland, ME 04101)

Instructions for creating a Shortcut to www.impairment.com/referral
1. Right-click an open area on the desktop, point to New, and then click Shortcut.
2. Type http://www.impairment.com/referral and then click Next.
3. Type “Impairment Referral” and then click Finish.
