DESCRIPTION: Provides impairment rating services by review of records referred by clients. Performs impairment rating reports according to AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, which includes reviewing data provided in records to calculate impairment rating. Prepares impairment critique or analysis based on records reviewed. Assists with customer service issues on impairment review services. Provides training internally and externally based on level of experience in the Guides. Participates in marketing efforts, both locally and nationally, which may include primary responsibility for specific clients.
